FAUCHON Blueberry Jam has been prepared in France in a traditional way; it is cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities to respect the fruit. The fruit is chosen according to strict quality criteria: when ripe, for its taste, smell and resistance to cooking. A gentle cooking with cane sugar in a copper cauldron which intensifies the acidulous and sweet flavours of blueberry.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume rapidly. To be savoured on a slice of bread or crêpes, or with your cheese and desserts.
