VITI The grapes from the blend are sourced from their finest vineyards in the southern reaches of region, where increased cloud cover and prevailing southerly breezes facilitate long, gentle grape ripening. Parcels from the Miamup and Allingham plots have been combined to balance freshness and texture in the wine, with the ‘Gin Gin’ Chardonnay vine clone contributing complexity. 

VINI All batches are handpicked and cooled overnight in vented crates, hand sorted, and then whole bunch pressed to extract only the free run juice. The oak influence in the wine has been carefully balanced by using old, large 600l French Oak barrels to give the wine an elegant but distinctive dimension. 

TASTING NOTE Pure straw-lemon hue with seductive aromas of pear essence, fresh peach and honeysuckle. The layered and creamy mouthfeel underlays delicate citrus, ripe orchard fruit and toasted hazelnut notes, all combining into an intense and long apple-vanilla patisserie finish.
