Vineyard: Different areas of Naousa.
Vinification: One part was vinified by the method of bleeding out after a very specific time of stay with the skins while the other part was with a very short stay in the pneumatic press. Two entirely different wine styles have emerged, but they are harmoniously combined in a suitable proportion to produce this Unique rose. It is characterized by absolute freshness, crispy without a heavy weight of tannins (thanks to selective minimal extraction), while at the finish it leaves a vegetative side that predisposes excellently to its color on sight.
Tasting Notes: Light and vibrant rosé with samon hints. Strong freshness framed by fresh fruit aromas, mainly mature strawberry, small red fruits and exotic fruits such as lychee. Bright in acidity but with total harmony at the end, leaving a sweet, fruity aftertaste that lasts
Paired with: Ideal for Asian cuisine, shrimp, shells, sea urchins, pasta and pizzas, turkey and vegetables .
Served at:12-14°C.
Enjoy it fresh!
