Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and they undergo . They undergo cold maceration,before crushed and pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in wooden casks for a few months before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Yellow color with gold flashes. On the nose ripe white fruit sensations such as pears, apples and peach soft touches. It is wrapped in a mineral that adds complexity to the wine.
