 “Sarpa” in Venetian dialect means “grape-pomace”, the raw material from which Grappa is made. Sarpa di Poli is obtained from the pomace of Cabernet and Merlot grape varieties with floral and delicately herbaceous aromas, distilled by means of steam in a pot-still working in small batches.
Nose: Fresh herbs, mint, rose, geranium.
Palate: Ripe red fruit flavours, strong floral notes and a hint of vanilla create a very complex result.
Aftertaste: Long, smooth and sweet.
Serve: at temperature of 10-15°C.
