Product description
Vineyard: The vineyard is located in the region of Loire, which is 5 hectares long. The age of the vineyard is about 35 years old.
Vinification: Pneumatic pressure of the grapes and fermentation in french oak barrels from Burgundy of 225 litres, 20% of them are new. The wine is matured with its lees for 9-12 months and it’s frequently stirred, with the method of “batonnage”.
Characteristics: Golden color in the appearance. In the nose there is a combination of dried and matured fruits. The palette is complex with a full body and long aftertaste.
Paired with: Risotto, creamy sauces and soft cheese.
Served at: 10-12°C.
Aging: 8-10 years.
Cellier notes: Place it in a decanter and you will be surprised with the result!
