Vineyards: Vineyards P.D.O. at the slopes of Meliton mountain, at Halkidiki Greece of sandy clay soil. The altitude is around 150-200 meters above sea level and the yield is 600 kg/acre.

Vinification: Skin contact. Typical white vinification with selected must and usage of stainless steel tanks in low temperatures for the prefermentation cryo-extraction.

Tasting notes: Bright yellow color. Variety of aromas which include floral essences, pear, apricot and citrus fruits. On the palette the acidity is pleasant and the aftertaste is fruity and long lasting.

Paired with: Seafood, salads, poultry and cheese.

Served at: 8-10°C.
