Tasting notes

Characterized by a fresh, greenish-yellow color. The nose offers a blend of tropical fruits, lime, lemon, and peach, intertwined with floral undertones. On the palate, it is crisp and well-structured, featuring excellent acidity and a long-lasting finish – a classically elegant Riesling with a modern approach.

Serving suggestion

An excellent choice for roasted fish, vegetable risotto, steamed vegetables, grilled white meats, and lightly spiced salads.

Vinification and aging

Grapes were harvested from the very best vineyards in the Bátaapáti and Mőcsény areas and immediately brought to the cellar. Grape clusters were carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C (61 °F) for 12-14 days.
