Vineyard: Family owned, low yield vineyard in Polydendri Domokos, Central Greece.  At an altitude of 450 metres in clayey soil.

Vinification: Cold extraction for 12 hours, fermentation at low temperatures. Stay with the wine lees for 12 months

Tasting Notes: Bright lemon green color. Fruity with strong citrus aromas, accompanied by floral and mineral notes. Cool in the mouth with pronounced acidity and long aftertaste

Paired With:  Grilled fish, seafood dishes, chicken with white sauces

Enjoy it at: 9-11°C.
