Product description
Vineyard: Clos Saint-Florent, clay-limestone soil, vines over 35 years old.
Vinification: Fermentation and maturation for a total of 12 months in 228-litre French oak barrels, with regular stirring of the lees. The following distribution ensures a harmonious aromatic balance: 22% new barrels, 26% first-use barrels, 20% second-use barrels, 19% third-use barrels, 13% fourth-use barrels.
Tasting notes: Bright yellow color with golden highlights. Complex, toasty nose with hints of dried stone fruits. Rich and concentrated; in the mouth, the finish is balanced with subtle notes of honeydew fruit, hazelnuts and walnuts.
Pairs with : seafood risotto, poultry and tasty white meats or fish with "Beurre Blanc".
Enjoy at: 8-10°C.
