
In this wine Moschofilero and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, reveal an exciting taste, a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness and an exquisite fruity aroma.
Vinification: Selection of Moschofilero and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards at 650m in the plateau of Mantineia. Rose winemaking using a combination of techniques, temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation (12-18 oC), a small percentage of lees stirring and tank ageing for 3 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes: Crystal clear, pale salmon colour. Intense aromatic character, reminiscent of fine notes of peach, rose, raspberry and honey. Very vivid and fresh due to its high acidity which balances very smoothly with the sweetness from the residual sugars exhibiting a long fresh aromatic aftertaste.
Food-Wine Pairing: Ideally combined with pasta dishes with white or pink sauce, chicken, turkey, swordfish, tuna and other fishes. Also accompanies perfectly fruits and desserts based on strawberry and cherries.
