Vineyard: Domaine Sigalas is located in the northern part of the island, in the vineyard of Oia. 

Vinification: The grapes are sun-dried for 10-12 days and the wine is matured and aged in oak barrels for at least 24 months. 

Tasting Notes: Aromas of dried fruit, sweet spices and caramelized fruits. Full-bodied on the palate with the sweetness perfectly balanced by the acidity levels. Long lasting aftertaste. 

Enjoy it on its own as a dessert or combine it with chocolate-based sweets and Roquefort-style cheeses and you will be surprised!

Serve it cold at 6-8°C.
