Discover Xibal, the first Guatemalan gin distilled by hand through a copper alembic, with a mixture of Mesoamerican botanicals such as bay leaf, lemon, black pepper, orange, pericon and cardamom.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Glossy, transparent liquid with luminous flashes that make it look slightly metallic.

Nose: Predominant notes of juniper, followed by fresh notes of cardamom, combined with a mixture of herbal notes characteristic of Mesoamerica, to culminate with citrus notes of lemon and orange.

Taste: In the mouth, this product allows a complex flavor of juniper notes, followed by spicy notes of bay leaf and pepper, to finish with fresh notes of cardamom and herbal notes of pericon.

AWARDS

In London, England, the Gin Masters has been held since 2008, a contest in which excellence in the production of alcoholic beverages is rewarded. In its 2021 edition, Gin Xibal became the winner of a gold medal.
