SAINTE VICTOIRE ROSE: côtes de provence.
FOOD MATCHING: 12°C as an peritif, with salads and savoury tarts.
TERROIR: Gravel and limestone soils, poor and well-drained (new Côtes de Provence Appelation).
WINEMAKING: Direct pressing then settling at 12°C. Fermented at 18°C, then matured on fine lees for 4 months.
GRAPES VARIETIES: 4 grapes varieties : Cinsault - Grenache noir - Mourvèdre – Syrah.
