100% Pinot Noir, no-dosage bottled in France. 18 months evolution in underwater cave in Portofino (-170 ft).
Drappier is the winemaker in Champagne (Urville).
The wine is made from a dedicated, organic vineyard. Once the bottles are ready Jamin takes care of the sealing wax cap (Jamin patent) and put them underwater at -52 MT.
