Vinification: The grapes were fermented with native yeasts in French oak barrels (previously used for 1-2 toppings) 40% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.

Tasting notes: Yellow-straw colour with golden hues. The fresh, complex nose offers tropical fruits aromas such as pineapple and papaya framed by floral notes,  citrus, green apple anf subtle notes of nuts & vanilla. It is fine and delicately structured with good balance. The palate offers impressively vibrant acidity with a smooth chalky texture and a persistent and long finish.

Pairs with: Grilled poultry, grilled white meat & fish, pasta with mushrooms.

Enjoy at: 10-12 

Age for : 5-7 years.
