Vineyard:  P.G.E. Magnesia - At sea level, 30 km southeast of Volos, is the vineyard of the Apostolakis Family. 

Varietal Composition: Xinomavro 65%, Grenache Rouge 45%

Tasting Notes: The organic cultivation of the grapes and the harmonious combination of the 2 varieties lead to a rosé with a bright rose colour and intense fruity aroma, which brings to the taste aromas of ripe strawberry and pomegranate. Its smooth taste, with balanced acidity, gives it freshness and an excellent aftertaste.

Paired With: Pasta, sweet and sour flavours, Pizza.
