
Vineyard: Afrati Evoia.
Vinification: Storage of the harvested grapes for 24 hours in a cold chamber. Classic white vinification with malolactic fermentation and battonage in barrel. 6 months ageing in 225lt French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Soft lemon color with golden highlights. On the nose the wine has aromas of ripe apricot and white fleshy peach, framed by elegant oak flavours.The palate is dry and rich. The explosion of yellow but still fresh fruit, citrus (lemon, lime), nectar sensation, delicate aromas from the barrel, along with the lively acidity create an impressive result. The finish is long, fruity, complex.
Paired With: Risotto with mushrooms, mussels, taramosalata, grilled fatty fish, crayfish, lobster pasta
Served at: 10 – 12 °C.
