Vineyard: The grapes come from western Sicily

Vinification: Grillo grapes are harvested at the height of their aromatic maturity and then undergo a very soft touch. Then follows a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks where they remain in contact with their lees for 4-6 months. Finally, the wine will age for a few months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: It has a clean and soft golden color with green highlights. Its aromatic character is fresh, with ripe citrus, pineapple and fine notes of peppermint. Its taste is rich and well balanced, with vivid acidity and hint of metallicity. Ideal for seafood, vegetables based dishes and light pasta.
