Vineyard: Bordeaux AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée).

Vinification: Cold maceration is followed by classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Light pink. The nose reveals notes of gooseberry and raspberry in combination with aromas of grenadine and pink grapefruit. The mouth is elegant with fine tannins while the aftertaste highlights the wonderful freshness of the wine.

Paired with: Sushi, pasta with white sauce, soft cheese and white meat.
