Vinification: Frementation in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Rich and fat body, rounded with creamy texture and strong presence of cool & soft acidity. Complex with power and finesse. Lemon color with golden highlights, intense aromas of apricot, nectarine, peach, mango, pear jam who marry with vanilla and notes of white flowers.

Paired with: Grilled shrimps, risotti, chicken BBQ
