Vineyard: The vineyards are located in Vasiliko and Demestica regions of Achaia in the Peloponnese at an altitude of 150m and 900m.
Vinification: Classic white barrel fermented vinification. The wine remains in oak barrels of 225l for 6 to 12 months.
Tasting notes: Bright yellow color, with aromas of dried fruits combined with vanilla and caramel flavors. Full-bodied with balanced acidity that offer a great aftertaste.
Paired with: Grilled or smoked fish, white meat with white sauces, strong cheeses, pasta with butter and garlic sauce.
Serving Temperature:12-14°C
Ageing potential: 5 years after harvest
