Vineyard: Vineyards at P.D.Ο. Meliton Slopes in Halkidiki, with sandy clay soil, at altitudes of 150-300 metres and a yield of 600kg/acre.

Vinification: Classic vinification process for red wines in controlled temperatures. Aging in French oak barrels for 24 months and then in bottles for 1 year in our cellar.

Tasting Notes: Rich deep purple color. Complex aromas dominated by black berried fruits, cedar and smoke. There is a balance between its rich body and velvet taninns, which are accompanied by an excellent bouquet of aromas and a long finish. This wine has the potential for long aging.

Paired with: Hunt meat, red meat and spicy sauces.

Served at: 16 - 18°C.
