Vinification: Classic rosé vinification.

Tasting Notes: It is bright, with a pale pink color. Distinguishable aromas of red fruits, cherry, red apple, orange, saguin and rose. Balanced, medium bodied with pleasant acidity on the palate, with a pleasant and long-lasting aftertaste.

Enjoy it at: 10°C.

Paired With: Shrimp, salmon, pasta with red sauces, sushi.
