The founder and Maestro Tequilero of Casa Noble, Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo, began his quest to craft the world’s finest tequila, by honoring proven traditions passed down through seven generations of tequila makers. 

Jose Hermosillo developed the Single Barrel category alongside the Tequila Regulatory Council in Mexico.

Casa Noble tequila is always produced in small batches, from 100% blue Weber agave distilled at the boutique distillery in the city of Tequila, Mexico.  

While most tequilas are distilled twice; Casa Noble is one of the few triple-distilled tequilas aged in French white oak barrels longer than the norm in the category. 

Each batch is checked by the Master Tequilero and bottled by hand.

Tequila Casa Noble Añejo 

• Aromas of dried fruits and spice complement flavors of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla, and sweet cooked agave

• Aged for two years in French white oak barrels (most Añejos are aged for one year)
