Varietal composition: 100% Trebbiano
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. Without filtration. Aging 18 months on fine lees in steel tanks
Tasting Notes: The Colour is bright, straw yellow with golden highlights. The aromatic bouquet is very rich and elegant, of dried fruits, white flowers, citrus fruits, many aromatic herbs, almonds and honey. The taste is smooth, warm, velvety, with a lively freshness and intense savory aromas, with a long persistence of Mediterranean herbs
Paired with: Seafood risotto, smoked salmon, fresh cheese, fish tartare
