
Product description
The wine has a yellow-green colour, with aromas of melon, mango, kiwi and pineapple. This refreshing and fruity wine has a thirst-quenching acidity and an exciting mineral aftertaste.
Vineyard: The grapes are picked from selected vineyards on the mountains of Achaia in the Peloponnese at an altitude of 800-900m. The soil is a mixture of clay and limestone and the limestone and the grape yields are about 9000kg per hectare.
Suggested Pairing: With a variety of shellfish such as mussels, oysters, combs and clams as well as barbecued fish and exotic fruits
