Vineyard: Grenache 60% - Syrah 40%. The grapes come from old vineyards.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Vertical style pressing. The wine aged for 7 months on its lees, 15% in barrels – 85% in stainless steel vat
Tasting Notes: Bright salmon color. The nose shows a ludic complexity among sweet aromas of mango, melon and white peach. The palate is rich, well-structured and balanced with delicate tannins that tune in to the floral and herbal notes and a subtle hint of toasted bread. The wine shows a long finish and aging potential due to structured tannins.
Paired with: Seashells, crawfishes and lobster. Ideally accompanies grilled poultry and veal with lemon juice or fricassee.
Served at: 10°C
Aging: For the next 2 years.
