Perpetual has been created in homage to the old "vinos de guarda", wines capable of defeating time and therefore suitable for laying down. Howewer, Perpetual already reveals its elegance and harmony today and is notable for its great aromatic complexity. After the success of Torres' first Priorat wine, "Salmos", the family decided to make a flagship wine for the Priorat winery that would show its commitment to the area. Mireia Torres, a member of the fifth generation of the family and Technical Director at Bodegas Torres, has personally made this wine from different Lloar and Porrera estates - some in terraces on slate soil also known as licorella, and others of a coastal nature.

Cariñena: A classical and traditional variety from the Mediterranean vineyards. It produces robust wines with a high alcohol content which are rich in pigment and extract.

Garnacha tinta: The most heavily grown Mediterranean red variety in the world, it produces excellent red and rosé wines which benefit from its greasy and sensual tannin.

Dark garnet red. A character-driven wine that offers a remarkable combination of strength and elegance. Exquisite aromas of ripe fruit (blackberries, black Corinth raisins) and mocha against a balsamic backdrop (walnut, resin). Deep and intense on the palate with nuances of aging in very fine-grained oak. Dignified, it reveals a full interior life.

Excellent with wild game, roasts, lamb stew or suckling pig as well as semi-soft cheeses such as young Manchego, Roncal or Mahón.
