Phoebus Papastratis spent all the summers of his life in Lilantio Field of Evia, in the region of Ampelia and his relationship with wine was karma!

Tasting Notes: Lemon in sight. On the nose the aromatic bouquet is explosive due to the presence of Muscat with the flowers playing a leading role. Roses and jasmine are accompanied by citrus and stone fruits. On the palate, the balanced acidity and the well-structured body are framed by notes of lemon, grapefruit, kumquat and rose, while the long finish lengthens the experience. 

Paired with: Fish, oysters, fresh salads, white meat
