Vinification: Fermentation in old oak casks, short biological aging, oxidative aging for 8 months, 2 years aging in the bottle
Characteristics: Bright golden colour. Toast and vanilla, mandarin, blood orange, wet stone, nuts, white pepper, very complex. Salt, ripe citrus fruits, toast, structured and concentrated , full bodied, very long after-taste.
Paired with: White meat , hams, aged cheeses.
Servet at: 12° C.
Ageing potential: 10 years.
