Vineyard: Palaiomylos Tyrnavos. Organic viticulture. 

Vinification:  Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in large oak barrels, so as not to affect the aromatic structure of the variety. 

Tasting Notes: Purple in appearance. In the nose the red fruits are intense with juicy strawberries leading the way. Earthy aromas, mushroom and black tea complete the bouquet. On the palate, the body is medium with well-integrated tannins and refreshing acidity.

Enjoy it at: 16-18°C. 

Paired with: Lamb in the pot, pork with plums and meat-based stews
