Vinification: Classic red vinification. 12 months ageing in french oak barrels

Tasting Notes: Ruby in appearance. On the nose red fruits, strawberries, cherries, sour cherry jam, blueberry and some botanicals. Balanced acidity and velvety tannins. On the palate sweet spices, chocolate and a lingering aftertaste

Paired With: Red meat with rich sauces, stews and mature cheeses.

Enjoy it at: 16-18°C.
