Vineyard: Santorini.

Vinification: Typical white vinification.

Characteristics: The barreled edition of the classic Santorini, Vassaltis. The acidity, the mineral and full of citrus aromas remain and also get enriched by a smoky character, which goes along perfectly with its long aftertaste. The wine is matured for 3 months in barrels. 

Served at: 9-10ºC.

Paired with: Sea shells, seafood, grilled fish and poultry.

Aging: up to 5 years.
