Vinification: Cold extraction for 12 hours, fermentation at low temperatures. Stay with the wine lees for 6 months

Tasting Notes: Bright lemon green color. Fruity with strong citrus aromas, accompanied by floral and mineral notes. Cool in the mouth with pronounced acidity and long aftertaste

Paired With:  Grilled fish, seafood dishes, chicken with white sauces

Enjoy it at: 8°C.
