Vineyards: Single-vineyard in the region of Epanochori at altitudes of 850 meters. The age of the vineyard is more than 80 years.

Vinification: Typical white vinification of 100% Robola Kefallonia. 80% of the fermentation is done in tanks and 20% in french and american oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Vivid yellow color with green hues. The aromas of citrus, grapefruit and smoke create a dazzling wine of distinctive minerality and acidity. It is well balanced and has a long aftertaste. 

Paired with: Fish, seafood fried or grilled.

Served at: 6-8°C.

Aging: Best drink it fresh.
