Vineyard: Serifiotiko 100%, Syros 

Vinification: Typical white vinification.

Tasting notes: Pale lemon color with green hues. The nose is elegant and shows aromas of lemon, grapefruit, citrus that are embraced by mineral hints. At the same time the sensation of wet stone is released and travels your mind to Cycladic seas. On the palate, it has a medium body, refreshing acidity and aromas of juicy melon, white peach and sour orange. The aftertaste is long with salty and mineral notes.

Paired with: Fried fishes, seafood and white meats with lemon sauce. 

Aging: For the next two years.
