Vineyard: Rioja DOCa
Vinification: After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and remains in bottle for another 6 months before being released to the market.
Characteristics: Bright, deep red in colour, rich and fruity with spicy notes. It is delicious and firm on the palate, velvety and refined with ripe, elegant tannins and a long finish.
Paired with: Roast red meat, beef in the pot with tomato sauce and ripe sheep's milk cheeses.
Enjoy at: 16-18°C.
