The O/purist is the project of 10 Greek bartenders, with the vision to produce a new tsipouro, a special spirit for the modern bar and the signature cocktails. 

The revenue will be allocated to Non Govermental Organizations in aid of Responsible Consumption of Alcohol and Bartending. It is created by bartenders for the bartenders.
