This Irish Single Malt Whiskey delivers a unique fruit-forward flavour profile that is complex, yet balanced and has often been described as “a symphony” of flavour.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant with aromas of melon, figs, toffee and lemon pushing through on the nose, whilst the palate gives notes of dried fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves. This Whiskey finishes with a long sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the wood.
