Vineyard: Privately owned vineyards in the ancient plain of Oia.

Vinification: Classic white vinification with fermentation in French oak barrels and maturation with lees for 6 months. 

Tasting Notes: Golden yellow in appearance. On the nose aromas of citrus, white flowers and vanilla from the contact with the oak. On the palate, the rich taste combined with the characteristic acidity of Assyrtiko leaves no doubt that this is one of the most representative Santorini. wine  The minerality makes its presence felt while the long aftertaste crowns the greatness of this wine. 

Enjoy it at: 9-10ºC.

Paired With: Seafood, fish, white meat.
