tasting notes: Fresh and intense bouquet of citrus fruits, stone fruits with white flesh, almond, freshly cut grass and a hint of powdery mildew. Fruity and fresh mouthfeel with mineral notes. Perfectly balanced and enjoyable.

Pairs with: White aromatic cheeses, white meat charcuterie, dishes with herbal and botanical character.
