Vinification: 24-hour cold soaking. Controlled temperature  fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Intense aromas, benchmark of the variety. Stone-fruit,  floral notes, and a botanical savor on the nose. Balanced on  the mouth, rich and slightly oily. Harmonious, delicate  finish with a fruit-forward aftertaste.
