Vineyard: From young, 5-year-old vines on a parcel of stony soil, rich in organic matter. 20% slope at an altitude up to 100 meters.

Vinification: Whole bunch pressing for 2/3 of the grapes, destemming and 24-hour skin contact for the rest. Fine lees stirring (battonage) in the tank.

Tasting notes: Bright acidity that balances the elegant aromas of citrus. On the nose delicate notes of minerality enhance further the complexity. The palate is vivid and rich, leading to a refreshing finish.
