Vinification and maturing Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks (18°C) and careful blending under Moreau’s very strict conditions. The cuvée rests over six months before bottling.
Tasting notes A raspberry red colour. An attractive toasted nose of small red fruits. Fat and persistent on the palate. Flavours of acid drops.
