Vineyard: Unlike most premium wines that come from a single vineyard or even small blocks of a vineyard, Grange 2016 is made up of 97% Shiraz sourced from the best grapes from the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley & Magill Estate vineyards and of course with 3% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification: Classic red vinification, followed by maturation which takes place in new 300 litre American barrels and lasts 18 months.

Tasting notes: Deep-opaque greyish colour. Wide aromatic range with vanilla, toasted coconut, cedar, raspberries and blackberries. Impressively concentrated and full-bodied, with an exceptionally long, velvety finish.

Pairs with:  Grilled red meats, and big game.
