Lamb peas, lemon peels, parsley grains, coriander, berries, iris roots, almonds, cinnamon, licorice and angelica. These valuable herbs are kept separate from the spirit in perforated copper baskets. When the heated vapors go up, the characteristic flavor of the herbs is released. The result?
Nose: Citrus aromas and mainly lemon, juniper and a floral character.
Palate: Full, with citrus flavours, such as lemon, spicy hints and a touch of earthy, floral notes.
Aftertaste: Long and warm. Koriander, juniper and balanced citrus notes.
