Vineyards: Soil of Clay limestone or pebbles and alluvia. The Grape varieties are 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 10% Syrah.
Vinification: A wine drawn off the skins after a brief maceration and long temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: On sight is clear , brilliant and fresh. Nose : Fresh with an expressive nose of red fruits and citrus. Notes of raspberry and redcurrant. The palate is fruity, fine and round. Overall, is a well-balanced and elegant wine.
Serving temperature: 10°C to 12°C.
Ageing potential: 3 years
Pairs with: Starters, Grilled fish, white meat, poultry.
