Vineyard: Sandy - Clay soil at altitudes between 530 and 640 meters. The average age of the vineyards is 15 years.
Vinification: 100 % Chardonnay. The vintage took place in late August through the first ten days of September.The wine fermented in french oak barrels and stayed in contact with the lees for 5-6 months. It was kept for three months in the estate's cellar -under controlled levels of temperature and humidity-, before released onto the market.
Tasting notes: Bright, Lemon - yellow in sight, with tints of green. The nose presents an explosive bouquet of citrus fruits with notes of vanilla and smoke. Fresh and vivid in mouth, with the flavours of fruits balancing perfectly with the butter finish.
Paired with: Creamy vegetable rizoto and white meat
