Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Brut champagne is an icon of the House, the original Belle Epoque Brut cuvée is adorned with the legendary spray of Japanese white anemones created by Emile Gallé in 1902. Produced only in years when, in the judgment of Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps, the seasons have aligned perfectly, it is a captivating demonstration, not only of the art of blending, but also of the exceptional quality of the Perrier-Jouët vineyard. Testifying to the rarity of this cuvée, less than 30 vintages of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Brut champagne have been produced to date.
Vineyard: Epernay
Vinification: Traditional Method (méthode champenoise).
Tasting Notes: The Belle Epoque Rosé is graced with a luminous rose robe with hints of orange, complemented with a touch of yellow. Long-lasting bubbles. The nose is both delicate and complex. Belle Epoque Rosé masterfully blends the aromas of flowers and fruits. The fragrance of peonies gives way to notes of fresh red fruits (raspberries and strawberries), citrus (oranges and pink grapefruit), and pomegranate. The palate offers a fresh and refined sensation, with notes of pomegranate and pink grapefruit. Round, supple and harmonious, Belle Epoque Rosé develops a silky long finish in the mouth.
Paired with: Perfect with dishes made of shrimps and lobster. Alternatively, delicious with desserts that combine the fondant with the crunchy like pavlova.
Ageing: Great ageing potential.
